0.16.0

The 0.16.0 line completes the developer and operations layer around the multilingual foundation.

  • Added public mclogiora_ read functions and documented extension hooks.
  • Added authenticated REST routes for languages, relations, and translations.
  • Added wp mclogiora language, relation, and translation commands.
  • Added deterministic portable translation packages with dry-run, atomic apply, rollback, and stale-plan protection.
  • Added read-only System Status and native Site Health diagnostics.
  • Added optional Translation Suggestions through OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and DeepL adapters.
  • Kept suggestions off by default, with explicit model selection and human review before apply.
  • Qualified the release against WordPress 7.1 and retained WordPress 6.5+/PHP 7.4+ minimums.

The plugin remains fully free and open source under GPL-2.0-or-later. WordPress.org directory publication is a separate pending submission step.
