mcLogiora FAQ
Short answers to common mcLogiora ownership, translation, provider, and release questions.
Is mcLogiora a hosted service?
No. It is a WordPress plugin that runs on the site. Optional provider requests go directly from the site to the provider chosen by the site owner.
Does it translate automatically?
No. Manual translation is the baseline. Optional suggestions are requested one field at a time and require a person to review and apply the preview.
Does it publish translated posts?
No. Translation actions do not automatically publish content.
Does it duplicate media files?
No. The attachment file is shared; translated metadata is stored per language.
Does it rewrite theme or plugin source files?
No. String scanning is on request and stores translations as site data.
Is Anthropic supported?
Yes, as one optional BYO provider for Translation Suggestions. The provider support is separate from the plugin’s own storage and workflow; it is disabled until the owner enables it and supplies a key and model.
Is mcLogiora on WordPress.org?
The 0.16.0 release candidate is prepared for submission. Directory publication is pending, so this documentation does not claim a WordPress.org URL.
