SMS Configuration

Record the SMS integration boundary without claiming an active provider or onboarding flow.

The current runtime source does not expose a completed SMS provider contract in the API environment schema. Treat SMS as an external integration boundary reserved for a later phase, not as an active default capability.

Verification

Before documenting or enabling an SMS provider, require a source-backed adapter, secret reference, consent and retry behavior, test evidence, and a reviewed release decision. Do not add guessed keys to an installation file.
