Source-verified consent configuration, privacy settings, receipts, withdrawal boundaries, and readiness.
The current Admin consent surface is implemented through settings/privacy/cookies rather than a separate consent page. It exposes draft, publish, reset, and privacy-report operations under settings.manage.
